A RESOLUTION TO APPROPRIATE A 0.025 ACRE FEE SIMPLE
INTEREST, A COMBINED 0.026 ACRE TEMPORARY
CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT, AND A 0.017 ACRE STORM SEWER
EASEMENT IN PROPERTY OWNED BY MEDEX, INC. , LOCATED
ON THE NORTH SIDE OF SHIER-RINGS ROAD, AND EAST OF
AVERY ROAD IN THE CITY OF DUBLIN, COUNTY OF .
FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO.
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to improve the Shier-
Rings Road and Avery Road intersection; and
WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to
obtain a fee simple interest, a storm sewer easement, and
temporary construction easements, in and to the premises
described in the attached Exhibits "A", "B", "C" and "D",
located in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of
Dublin, State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members
concurring that:
Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its
intention to appropriate, for the purpose of improving the
Shier-Rings Road and Avery Road intersection, a fee simple
interest, a storm sewer easement, and temporary construction
easements in and to the premises located in the City of
Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio, and more fully described in the
legal descriptions attached hereto as Exhibits "A", "B", "C"
and "D" ,
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause
written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served
upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
interest of record in the above-described property. This
notice shall be served according to law.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in
force from and after the earliest date permitted by law.

Beginning at an iron pin found at the Grantor's south\vesterly property comer at the intersection
of the westerly right of way line of A very Road and the northerly right of way line of Shier-
Rings Road. said point being 59.64 feet right of Sat ion 20+53,51 in the centerline of survey of
A very Road as delineated on the Centerline Plat for an improvement to A very Road and Shier-
Rings Road, of record in Franklin County, being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of the tract
being described:
thence leaving said point with the Grantor's westerly line. North 02 degrees 14 minutes 59
seconds East. a distance of 44.50 feet to an iron pin set:
