I, SHIER-RINGS ROAD, IN THE CITY OF DUBLIN, COUNTY OF
:1 FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO.
, WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to improve the Shier-
Rings Road and Avery Road intersection; and
WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to
obtain a fee simple interest and a temporary construction
easement, in and to the premises described in the attached
Exhibits "A" and "B" located in the City of Dublin, Franklin
County, Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of
Dublin, State of Ohio, I of the elected members
concurring that:
Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its
intention to appropriate, for the purpose of improving the
Shier-Rings Road and Avery Road intersection, a fee simple
interest and a temporary construction easement in and to the
premises located in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio,
and more fully described in the legal descriptions attached
hereto as Exhibits "A" and "B".
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause
written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served
upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
interest of record in the above-described property. This
notice shall be served according to law.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in
force from and after the earliest date permitted by law.

Description of Additional Right of Way for Avery Road
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin and part of Virginia Military
Survey 3004 and being 0.003 acre out of a 0.851 acre parcel conveyed to Daniel Alan Trees and
Susan Lenora Lawton, of record in OR 01239 G05 in the Franklin County Recorder's Office, and
being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a centerline monument marking the intersection of the centerline of old A very
Road with the centerline of Shier-Rings Road, said point being 2.13 feet right of Station
20+00.28 in the centerline of survey of an improvement to said A very Road, as delineated on the
Centerline Plat for said improvement, of record in Franklin County;
thence South 83 degrees 40 minutes 38 seconds West, leaving said point, a distance of 2.14 feet
to the point at which the new centerline of A very Road intersects the centerline of Shier-Rings
Road;
thence South 01 degree 16 minutes 46 seconds East, with said centerline of A very Road, a
distance of 97.99 feet to the point of curvature of a tangent curve to the left;
thence 542.53 feet with said curve, having a radius of 5800.00 feet, a central angle of 05 degrees
21 minutes 34 seconds and a chord bearing South 01 degree 24 minutes 01 seconds East a
distance of 542.33 feet to a point in the centerline of old Avery Road, the northwesterly comer
of a 0.461 acre tract conveyed to the City of Dublin by deed of record in OR 17628 F14 of the
records of Franklin County;
thence South 86 degrees 53 minutes 01 seconds West, a distance of 58.86 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING, being the Grantor's southeasterly property comer in the westerly right
of way line of A very Road;
thence South 88 degrees 00 minutes 11 seconds West, with the Grantor's southerly property line,
a distance of 6.11 feet to a point in the new westerly Right of Way line of A very Road;
thence North 04 degrees 05 minutes 27 seconds West, with said Right of Way line, a distance of
22.58 feet to an iron pin set, passing a reference iron pin set at 10.00 feet;
thence North 86 degrees 09 minutes 09 seconds East, continuing with said Right of Way line, a
distance of 5.99 feet to an iron pin set in the Grantor's easterly line and the westerly right of way
line of A very Road;
thence South 04 degrees 22 minutes 26 seconds East, with said line, a distance of 22.77 feet to
the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of the said described parcel, containing 0.003 acre, more or
less.
The above described acreage is contained in Auditor's Parcel 274-000007.

Description of Temporary Easement for Grading Purposes
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin and part of Virginia Military
Survey 3004 and being 0.015 acre out of an 0.851 acre parcel conveyed to Daniel Alan Trees and
Susan Lenora Lawton, as recorded in OR 01239 G05 in the Franklin County Recorder's Office,
and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Grantor's southeasterly comer in the westerly right of way line of Avery
Road, said point being 58.84 feet left of and radially from Station 13+60.46 in the centerline of
survey of an improvement to said A very Road, as delineated on the Centerline Plat for said
improvement, of record in Franklin County;
thence leaving said point, with the Grantor's southerly line, South 88 degrees 00 minutes 11
seconds West, a distance of 6.11 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, an iron pin set in
the new westerly Right of Way line of Avery Road;
thence continuing along said property line, South 88 degrees 00 minutes 11 seconds West, a
distance of 11.06 feet to a point in the westerly line of the tract described herein;
thence with said westerly line, North 03 degrees 04 minutes 57 seconds East, a distance of 49.91
feet to a point;
thence North 31 degrees 03 minutes 37 seconds East, a distance of 18.42 feet to a point in the
westerly right of way line of A very Road;
thence with said westerly right of way line, South 04 degrees 22 minutes 26 seconds East, a
distance of 42.43 feet to an iron pin set in the new westerly Right of Way line of Avery Road;
