A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO APPROPRIATE A 0.9775 ACRE
FEE SIMPLE INTEREST AND A 1.2172 ACRE FEE SIMPLE
INTEREST IN PROPERTY OWNED BY DUBLIN PROPERTIES,
INC., TRUSTEE, LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF SHAWAN
FALLS DRIVE, IN THE CITY OF DUBLIN, COUNTY OF
FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO.
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin has identified the subject parcels
as an area to be preserved for park purposes; and
WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to
obtain fee simple interests in and to the premises described
in the attached Exhibit "An located in the City of Dublin,
Franklin County, Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE~y the Council, of the City of
Dublin, State of Ohio,' of the elected members
concurring that:
aection 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its
intention to appropriate, for the purpose of preserving the
Shawan Falls as public park land, fee simple interests in and
to the premises located in the City of Dublin, Franklin
County, Ohio, and more fully described in the detailed plat
map attached hereto as Exhibit "An.
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause
written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served
upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
interest of record in the above-described property. This
notice shall be served according to law.
.s..e.c..t..ion 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in
force from and after the earliest date permitted by law.
