Ii A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS
I: TO BOARDS, COMMISSIONS AND COMMITTEES
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN, OHIO
WHEREAS, appointments are required to fill vacancies on
various boards, commissions and committees; and
WHEREAS, council has completed the interview process for
candidates.

I NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the city of
I Dublin,. state of Ohio, ~ of the elected members
: concurrl.ng:
section 1. That Georqe Peplow is hereby re-appointed to a
four-year term on the Planning and zoning commission.
section 2. That Ruth Meeker Reiss is hereby re-appointed to
a three-year term on the Board of zoning Appeals; that Roqer
Eastep is hereby appointed to fill the unexpired term of James
sprague and the term is hereby modif ied to continue until
March 31, 1998; and that Brent Davis is hereby appointed to
fill the unexpired term of Timothy Lecklider and the term is
hereby modified to continue until March 31, 1999.
section 3. That Larry Frimerman is hereby re-appointed to a
three-year term as Old Dublin resident representative on the
Architectural Review Board.
section 4. That Ted Almav is hereby appointed to a three-year
term on the Building Construction Appeals Board
section 5. That John Messineo is hereby appointed to fill the
unexpired term of Michael Baker on the Building Construction
Appeals Board and the term is hereby modified to continue
until March 31, 1999.
section 6. That susie Kranstuber is hereby re-appointed to a
one-year term as Dublin Schools representative to the Child
Care Advisory committee; Helen Sedoris is hereby re-appointed
to a three-year term as citizen representative to the Child
Care Advisory Committee; that Maureen Bruce is hereby
appointed to a three-year term as child care professional
representative to the Child Care Advisory committee; and that
Rick Colby is hereby appointed to a two-year term as business
sector representative to the Child Care Advisory Committee.
section 7. That Kelly Gardner is hereby appointed to a two-
year term as City council representative to the Dublin
convention and visitors Bureau.
Section 8. That Patricia Baker is hereby re-appointed to a
three-year term as City council representative to the Dublin
Fund.
section 9. That James Renard is hereby appointed to a three-
year term on the Personnel Board of Review.
section 10. That Mary Lee Hahn is here by re-appointed to a
one-year term as Dublin Schools representative to the Solid
Waste Advisory Committee; that Thomas Keenan is hereby re-
appointed to a two-year term as large business representative
to the Solid Waste Advisory committee.

i section 11. That Ian Rennick and Randall Heilicnnann are
I' hereby re-appointed to three-year terms on the Tree and
ILandscape Advisory commission; that Nancy Ann Williams-Dunlap
I, is hereby appointed to complete the unexpired term of Bob
II Crewe on the Tree and Landscape Advisory commission and the
literm is hereby modified to expire on March 31, 1998.

section 12. That the above-named persons shall serve as
members in their respective positions until their successors
are appointed or until death, resignation, or removal for
cause as determined by City Council.
I section 13. That members herein appointed shall serve without
compensation.

I section 14. That the terms of all board, commission and
[committee members appointed herein shall begin on April 1,
1997 in conformance with Council's revised schedule for the
board and commission process.
section 15. That this Resolution shall be effective upon
passage, in accordance with the provisions of the Revised
Charter.
