A RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE TERMS OF BOARD,
COMMISSION AND COMMITTEE MEMBERS OF THE CITY OF
DUBLIN BY AMENDING THE APPOINTING ORDINANCES.
WHEREAS, Council endorses the Administrative Committee's recommendation to move
the board and commission member appointment process to the first quarter of each year;
and
WHEREAS, the members of boards, commissions and committees whose terms expired
on December 31, 1996 have agreed to continue to serve until April 1, 1997 to
accommodate the revised appointment time frame.

I[ Section 1. Ordinance 10-93 is hereby amended to extend the four-year term of George

Peplow on the Planning and Zoning Commission until Apri11, 1997.
Section 2. Ordinance 03-94 is hereby amended to extend the three-year terms of Larry
Frimerman and Bill Miller on the Architectural Review Board until April 1, 1997.
Section 3. Ordinance 01-96 is hereby amended to extend the term of Ruth Meeker Reiss
on the Board of Zoning Appeals until April 1, 1997.
Section 4. Ordinance 03-94 is hereby amended to extend the three-year term of William
Sherman on the Board of Zoning Appeals until Apri11, 1997.
Section 5. Ordinance 01-96 is hereby amended to extend the one-year terms of Roger
Berlin and Grier Schaffer on the Building Construction Appeals Board until Apri11, 1997.
Section 6. Ordinance 01-96 is hereby amended to extend the terms of Susie Kranstuber,
Helen Sedoris, and the Dublin Latchkey representative, Maureen Bruce on the Child Care
Advisory Committee until Apri11, 1997.
Section 7. Ordinance 32-95 is hereby amended to extend the two-year term of Patricia
Baker as representative to the Dublin Fund until Apri11, 1997.
Section 8. Ordinance 03-94 is hereby amended to extend the three-year term of Thomas
Merritt on the Personnel Board of Review until April 1, 1997.
Section 9. Ordinance 121-94 is hereby amended to extend the two-year term of Karen
Pierce as representative to the Dublin Convention and Visitors Bureau until April 1, 1997.
Section 10. Ordinance 121-94 is hereby amended to extend the two-year term of Thomas I
Keenan on the Solid Waste Advisory Commitee until Apri11, 1997.
Section 11. Ordinance 01-96 is hereby amended to extend the one-year term of Mary Lee
Hahn on the Solid Waste Advisory Committee until Apri11, 1997.
Section 12. Ordinance 03-94 is hereby amended to extend the three-year terms of Randall
Heiligmann and Ian Rennick on the Tree and Landscape Advisory Commission until April
1, 1997.
