NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the city of i

I! section 1. That James Spraque is hereby appointed to a four- I
year term on the Planning and zoning commission. !

I' section 2. That Timothv Lecklider is hereby appointed to the

II unexpired term on the Planning and zoning commission of Dan
II Sutphen, a term which expires on December 31, 1998.
II section 3. That the above-named persons shall serve as

I are appointed or until death, resignation, or removal for
cause as determined by City Council.
