Official Record 04175-A20, Franklin County Recorders Office. Said 0.046 acres being
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning for reference at the northeast corner of said 0.732 acre tract, said point
also being on the centerline of Coffman Road (Station 244+54.28) ;
Thence N84 0 -00' -01 lOW, along the north line of said 0,732 acre tract, for a
distance of 40.14 feet to the True Point of Beginning (40.00 feet left of Station
244+50.93);

located ill Virginia Militmy Survey Number 2543 and being 0.146 acres of land out of the 0.7321
acres conveyed to rloyd S. E. And Patricia L. Bostic in Otllcial Record 04175-A20 of the
Franklin County Recorder's OOlce. Said 0,146 acres being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning f()r reference at the centerline intersection of Adventure Drive with CoOlnan
Road, thence, with the centerline ofCo/Tman Road, NIoo-47'-25"E a distance 01'555.35 feet to
the southeast corner of said 0.7321 acre tract (Station 242+94.28) and the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING;
