WINOWICH AND GINGER WINOWICH, LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF COFFMAN ROAD, IN THE CITY OF i DUBLIN, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO. I I I WHEREAS, the city of Dublin is preparing to improve and widen . Coffman Road; and, I WHEREAS, said improvement will require the city of Dublin to . obtain a temporary construction easement in and to the I premises described in the attached Exhibits "A", located in i the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio. I 1 1 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the council, of the city of I Dublin, state of Ohio, 7 of the elected members 'I' concurring that: I , section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its I intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving and II widening Coffman Road, a temporary construction easement and 1 a fee simple interest in and to the premises located in the . city of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio, and more fully described in the legal description attached hereto as Exhibit "A." Section 2. The city Manager is hereby authorized to cause written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served upon the owners and persons in possession or having an interest of record in the above-described property. This notice shall be served according to law. Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest date permitted by law. Winowich o .R.15192-E04 Description of Temporary Construction Easement Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin and being 0.010 acres out of the south part of Lot 123, Shannon Park Section 2, Phase 1, as recorded in Plat Book 55, at page 82, as conveyed to John L. and Ginger A. Winowich, as recorded in Official Record 15192-E04, Franklin County Recorders Office. Said 0.010 acres being more particularly described as follows: I Beginning at the northeast corner of said south part of Lot 123, said point also being on the westerly right-of-way line of Coffman Road (42.00 feet left of Station 217+04.53); Thence, along said right-of-way line, with a curve to the right, having a radius of914.93 feet,an arc length of 42.21 feet, whose chord bears S03 0 -38'-22"W for a chord distance of 42.21 feet to the southeast corner of said Lot 123 (43.11 feet left of Station 216+60.47); Thence N820-52'-34"W, along the south line of said Lot 123, for a distance of 10.01 feet to a point (50.00 feet left of Station 216+60.87); Thence N03 0 -37'-52"E for a distance of 41.26 feet to a point on the north line of said Lot 123 (50.00 feet left of Station 217+04.41); Thence S880-18'-54"E, along said north line, for a distance of 10.00 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.010 acres of land, more or less.
