" TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT IN PROPERTY OWNED
i BY THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS,
II LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF COFFMAN ROAD, IN THE
Ii CITY OF DUBLIN, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO.

Ii WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to improve and widen
I, Coffman Road; and,

:1 WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to
I! obtain a temporary construction easement in and to the
'I premises described in the attached Exhibits "A", located in
the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of
Dublin, state of Ohio, 7 of the elected members
concurring that:
Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its
. intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving and
,I widening Coffman Road, a temporary construction easement in
! and to the premises located in the City of DUblin, Franklin
I County, Ohio, and more fully described in the legal
i description attached hereto as Exhibit "A."

II Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause
II written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served
!I upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
Ii interest of record in the above-described property. This
Ii notice shall be served according to law.

Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in
II force from and after the earliest date permitted by law.

Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin and being 0.113
acres out of 5.00 acres as conveyed to Corp Presiding Bishop of the Church of Jesus
Christ of Latter-day Saints, as recorded in Deed Book 3650 at page 520, Franklin County
Recorders Office. Said 0.113 acres being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast comer of said 5.00 acre tract, said point also being on
the westerly right-of-way line of Coffin an Road (40.00 feet left of Station 242+90.93) ~
Thence SlOo-47'-25"W, along the east line of said 5.00 acre tract and said
westerly right-of-way line, for a distance of 404.47 feet to the southeast comer of said
5.00 acre tract (40.00 feet left of Station 238+86.57) ~
Thence N790-15'-42"W, along the south line of said 5.00 acre tract, for a
distance of 12.00 feet to a point (52.00 feet left of Station 238+86.55)~

Bearings used in this description are based on an actual field survey utilizing USGS

Associates, Inc. in May 1989.
