:i NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of
II Dublin, state of Ohio,,? of the elected members
II concurring that:

II Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its
intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving and
I widening Coffman Road, a temporary construction easement and
I a fee simple interest in and to the premises located in the
! City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio, and more fully
I described in the legal descriptions attached hereto as
Exhibits "A", "B", and "C."
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause
i written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served
upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
interest of record in the above-described property. This
notice shall be served according to law.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in
force from and after the earliest date permitted by law.

0.034 acres being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning for reference northeast corner of said Lot 106, said point also being on the
westerly right-of-way line of Coffman Road (40.00 feet left of Station 220+50.34);
Thence N740-IT-38"W, along the north line of said Lot 106, for a distance of2.23 feet to
the True Point of Beginning (42.19 feet left of Station 220+50.75);
