A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO APPROPRIATE A 0.033 ACRE I
TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT AND A 0.032 ACRE I
FEE SIMPLE INTEREST IN PROPERTY OWNED BY JAMES E. II
POWELL, III AND DAWN POWELL, LOCATED ON THE WEST
SIDE OF COFFMAN ROAD, IN THE CITY OF DUBLIN, COUNTY I
OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO. I
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to improve and widen I
Coffman Road; and, i

WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to I
obtain a temporary construction easement and a fee simple I
interest in and to the premises described in the attached i
Exhibits "A" and "B", located in the City of Dublin, Franklin i
County, Ohio. ;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of !
Dublin, state of Ohio, ~ of the elected members
concurring that:
Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its i
intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving and i
widening Coffman Road, a temporary construction easement and I
a fee simple interest in and to the premises located in the 'I'
City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio, and more fully
described in the legal descriptions attached hereto as I
Exhibits "A" and "B".

Section 2. The city Manager is hereby authorized to cause
written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served
upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
interest of record in the above-described property. This
notice shall be served according to law.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in
force from and after the earliest date permitted by law.

Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin and being 0.033
acres out of Lot 101, Shannon Park Section 1 as recorded in Plat Book 54, at page 72, 73,
as conveyed to James E. III & Dawn H. Powell, as recorded in Official Record 26131-
116, Franklin County Recorders Office. Said 0.033 acres being more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning for reference at the southeast corner of said Lot 101, said point also
I being on the westerly right-of-way line of Coffman Road (40.00 feet left of Station
221+89.82) ;

7.66 feet to the True Point of Beginning (47.64 feet left of Station 221+90.37);
