I! WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to improve and widen I
, Coffman Road; and, i

WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to '
obtain a temporary construction easement in and to the
premises described in the attached Exhibit "A", located in the
City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of
Dublin, state of Ohio, ~ of the elected members
concurring that:
Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its
intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving and
widening Coffman Road, a temporary construction easement in
and to the premises located in the City of Dublin, Franklin
County, Ohio, and more fully described in the legal
description attached hereto as Exhibit "A."
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause
written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served
upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
interest of record in the above-described property. This
notice shall be served according to law.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in
force from and after the earliest date permitted by law.

Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin, Virginia Military Survey
No. #2542 and being a part oflot Number 1 ofa subdivision of the James Brown Estate
(Complete Record 102, Page 97 Common Pleas Court) and being also 0.018 acres out of the 0.95
acres conveyed to the Continental Real Estate Companies in Official Records 10228-G08 of the
I Franklin County Recorders Office. Said 0.018 acres being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning for reference at the centerline intersection of relocated Coffman Road with Post
... Road (Station 10+01.17); thence, with the centerline of Post Road, S670 -0I'-19"E a distance of
294.92 feet to a point of curvature (station 12+96.09), thence, continuing with the centerline of
Post Road, and with a curve to the right, having a radius of 1909.85, an arc length of 52.93 feet
and whose chord bears S660 -13'-41 "E a chord distance of 52.92 feet to a point-on-curve (station
13+49.02); thence, radial to said curve, S240 -33'-57"W a distance of 59.00 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING in the existing southerly right-of-way line of Post Road (59.00 feet
right of station 13+49.02);
Thence, with the existing right-of-way of Post Road, S580 -28'-20"E a distance of 45.89
feet to a point (64.00 feet right of Station 13+96.16);
Thence, S40o-18'-23"W a distance of23.75 feet to a point (87.00 feet right of station
13+90);
Thence, N 640-30'-17"W a distance of 19.09 feet to a point (87.00 feet right of station
13+70);
Thence, NlOo-53'-47"W a distance of34.51 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING
and containing 0.018 acres ofland, more or less. Subject to all easements, restrictions and rights-
of-way of record.
The above described acreage is contained in Auditor's Parcel Number 273-000307.

for Coffman Road, Perimeter Drive, Post Road and Brand Broad prepared by John E. Foster and
