I' ! ji I I! WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to improve and widen I , Coffman Road; and, i ! I WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to ' obtain a temporary construction easement in and to the premises described in the attached Exhibit "A", located in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of Dublin, state of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring that: Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving and widening Coffman Road, a temporary construction easement in and to the premises located in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio, and more fully described in the legal description attached hereto as Exhibit "A." Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served upon the owners and persons in possession or having an interest of record in the above-described property. This notice shall be served according to law. Section 3. Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin, Virginia Military Survey No. #2542 and being a part oflot Number 1 ofa subdivision of the James Brown Estate (Complete Record 102, Page 97 Common Pleas Court) and being also 0.018 acres out of the 0.95 acres conveyed to the Continental Real Estate Companies in Official Records 10228-G08 of the I Franklin County Recorders Office. Said 0.018 acres being more particularly described as follows: Beginning for reference at the centerline intersection of relocated Coffman Road with Post ...
