:: WHEREAS, the city of Dublin is preparing to improve and widen

;, WHEREAS, said improvement will require the city of Dublin to
, obtain a temporary construction easement and a fee simple
interest in and to the premises described in the attached
Exhibits IIAII and IIBII, located in Washington Township, Franklin
County, Ohio.

': NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of
: Dublin, state of Ohio, 7 of the elected members
concurring that:
Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its
intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving and
widening Coffman Road, a temporary construction easement and
a fee simple interest in and to the premises located in
Washington TownShip, Franklin County, Ohio, and more fully
described in the legal descriptions attached hereto as
Exhibits IIAII and IIBII.
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause
written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served
upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
interest of record in the above-described property. This
notice shall be served according to law.
section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in
force from and after the earliest date permitted by law.

Situated in the State of Ohio, County ofFranklin,Township of Washington and being
0.093 acres out of 0.972 acres conveyed William and Etta M. Morris, as recorded in Deed Book
3597 at page 226, Franklin County Recorders Office. Said 0.093 acres being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point 84.00 feet right of Station 256+42.00 Coffman Road, said point also
being on the south right-of-way line of Brand Road;
Thence N74 0 -06' -20"W for a distance of 49.20 feet to a point (35.00 feet right of Station
256+41.62) ;
Thence sor -44' -44"W for a distance of94.13 feet to a point (40.00 feet right of Station
255+52.00) ;
Thence S54 0 -26' -04"E for a distance of 14.32 feet to a point (53.00 feet right of Station
255+46.00) ;
Thence sor -51' -31"W for a distance of 99.36 feet to a point on the south line of said
0.972 acre tract(58.08 feet right of Station 254+46.77) ;
Thence N220-00'-02"W for a distance of65.70 feet to a point on the easterly right-of-
way line of Coffman Road (22.50 feet right of Station 255+02.00);
Thence N10o-47'-25"E, along said right-of-way line, for a distance of 152.09 feet to a
point of intersection with the south right-of-way line of Brand Road also being a point of
curvature (22.50 feet right of Station 256+54.09) ;
Thence,along said south right-of-way line, with a curve to the left, having a radius of
946.73 feet, a arc length of21.49 feet, whose chord bears S6r-19'-25"E for a chord distance of
21.50 feet to a point (43.53 feet right of Station 256+49.66);
Thence S6r -58' -27"E for a distance of 41.26 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing
0.093 acres ofland, more or less. Subject to all easement, right-of-way and restrictions of record.

Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, Township of Washington being in
Virginia Military Survey Number 2543 and also being 0.272 acres out of the 0.972 acres
conveyed to William and Etta M. Morris by deed of record in Deed Book 3597, Page 226 of the
Franklin County Recorders Office. Said 0.272 acres being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the centerline intersection of Coffman Road with Brand Road, (Station
256+90.33),
Thence, with a curve to the left and the centerline of Brand Road, having a radius of
916.73 feet, a arc length of50.65, whose chord bears S660-23'-29"E for a chord distance of
50.64 feet to the a point (Station 19+95.12 Brand Road );
Thence, S6r-58'-27"E a distance of 146.15 feet to a point (Station 21+33.33 Brand
Road);
Thence, SlOo-47'-33"W a distance of30.59 feet to a point in the existing southerly right-
of-way line of Brand Road (30.00 feet right of Station 21+33.33 Brand Road);
Thence, N670 -58'-27"W, along said right-of-way line, for a distance of 152.11 feet to a
