I A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO APPROPRIATE A 0.002 ACRE
TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT IN PROPERTY OWNED
· BY AMY HOWARD, LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF COFFMAN
I ROAD, IN THE CITY OF DUBLIN, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN,

I STATE OF OHIO.

I WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to improve and widen
I Coffman Road; and,
I
I WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to
I obtain a temporary construction easement in and to the
I premises described in the attached Exhibit "A", located in the
I city of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of
Dublin, state of Ohio, ~ of the elected members
concurring that:
section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its
intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving and
widening Coffman Road, a temporary construction easement in
and to the premises located in the city of Dublin, Franklin
County, Ohio, and more fully described in the legal
description attached hereto as Exhibit "A."
section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause
written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served
upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
interest of record in the above-described property. This
notice shall be served according to law.
section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in
force from and after the earliest date permitted by law.

Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin and being 0.002 acres out
of Lot 121, Shannon Park Section 2 as recorded in Plat Book 55, at page 82, as conveyed to Amy
E. Howard, as recorded in Official Record 14201-E20, Franklin County Recorders Office. Said .....
0.002 acres being more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at the westerly corner of said Lot 121, said point also being on the westerly
right-of-way line of Coffman Road (45.45 feet left of Station 214+77.05)~

Thence N80o-06'-13"W , along the south line of said Lot 121, for a distance of 15.09 feet
to a point, (55.00 feet left of Station 214+75.36)~
Thence N 15 0 -41' -I O"E for a distance of 12.00 feet to a point on the northerly line of said
Lot 121, (55.00 feet left of Station 214+88.09)~
Thence S390-24'-18"E, along said north line, for a distance of 18.30 feet to the Point of
Beginning, containing 0.002 acres ofland, more or less. Subject to all easement, right-of-way and
restrictions of record.
The above described acreage is contained in Auditors Parcel 273-001436.
Stations and offsets used in this description are referenced to the proposed centerline plat
for Coffman Road, Perimeter Drive, Post Road and Brand Road prepared by John E. Foster and
Associates, Inc.
Bearings used in this description are based on an actual field survey utilizing USGS
Monuments Britton, Davidson and Lincoln LeVec Tower by John E. Foster and Associates, Inc. in
May 1989.
