Council considers it necessary and declares its : intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving and II widening Coffman Road, a temporary construction easement in II and to the premises located in the City of DUblin, Franklin I: County, Ohio, and more fully described in the legal ii description attached hereto as Exhibit "A." Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause III written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served I upon the owners and persons in possession or having an II interest of record in the above-described property. Hellerman O.R.09483-DOl Description of Temporary Construction Easement Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin and being 0.012 acres out of the north part of Lot 123, Shannon Park Section 2 Phase 1 as recorded in Plat Book 55, at page 82, as conveyed to Ruth K. Hellerman, as recorded in Official Record 09483-DOI, Franklin County Recorders Office. Said 0.012 acres being more particularly described as follows: , Beginning at the northeast corner of said Lot 123, said point also being on the westerly right-of-way line of Coffman Road (40.42 feet left of Station 217+55.24); ... Thence SOOo -18'-03"W, along said right-of-way line, for a distance of 17.10 feet to a point of curvature (40.00 feet left of Station 217+38.15); Thence, along said right-of-way line, with a curve to the right, having a radius of914.93 feet, an arc length of 32.21 feet, whose chord bears SO 10 -18' -34"W for a chord distance of 32.21 feet to the southeast corner of said Lot 123 (42.00 feet left of Station 217+04.53); Thence N880-18'-54"W, along the south line of said Lot 123, for a distance of 10.00 feet to a point (50.00 feet left of Station 217+04.41); Thence, NOOo -56' -40"E for a distance of 50.25 feet to a point on the north line of said Lot 123 (50.00 feet left of Station 217+56.44); Thence, S820-52'-34"E, along said north line, for a distance of 10.07 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.012 acres of land, more or less.
