WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to improve and widen ,,'
Coffman Road; and,
WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to I
obtain a temporary construction easement and a fee simple !
interest in and to the premises described in the attached
Exhibits "A" and "B", located in the City of Dublin, Franklin
County, Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of
DUblin, state of Ohio, ~ of the elected members
concurring that:
Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its
intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving and
widening Coffman Road, a temporary construction easement and
i a fee simple interest in and to the premises located in the
! City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio, and more fully
I described in the legal descriptions attached hereto as
I Exhibits "A" and "B".
I section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause
I written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served
. upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
interest of record in the above-described property. This
notice shall be served according to law.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in
force from and after the earliest date permitted by law.

Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin and being 0.020
acres out of Lot 103, Shannon Park Section 1 as recorded in Plat Book 54, at page 72,73,
as conveyed to Clyde Gaston & Marla A. May, as recorded in Official Record 02989-DI9,
Franklin County Recorders Office. Said 0.020 acres being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning for reference at the northeast corner of said Lot 103, said point also
being on the westerly right-of-way line of Coffman Road (40.00 feet left of Station
221 + 18.64) ;
Thence N740 17'38"W, along the north line of said Lot 1 03 , for a distance of 4.71
feet to the True Point of Beginning (44.67 feet left of Station 221+19.51);
Thence with a curve to the left, having a radius of 1232.90 feet, an arc length of
71.35 feet, whose chord bears S04034'34"W for a chord distance of71.34 feet to a point
on the south line of said Lot 103 (42.19 feet left of Station 220+50.75) ;
Thence N740 17'38"W, along the south line of said Lot 1 03, for a distance of
13.05 feet to a point (55.00 feet left of Station 220+53.12);
Thence N05 004 '22"E for a distance of 71.22 feet to a point on the north line of
said Lot 103 (57.00 feet left of Station 221+20.70);
Thence S740 17'38"E, along said north line, for a distance of 12.42 feet to the
True Point of Beginning, containing 0.020 acres ofland, more or less. Subject to all
easement, right-of-way and restrictions of record.

acres out of Lot 103, Shannon Park Section 1, as recorded in Plat Book 54, at pages 72,
73, as conveyed to Clyde Gaston & Marla A. May, as recorded in Official Record 02989-
D19, Franklin County Recorders Office. Said 0.006 acres being more particularly
described as follows:
I Beginning at the northeast corner of said Lot 103, said point also being on the
westerly right-of-way line of Coffman Road (40.00 feet left of Station 221+ 18.64) ~
