Ii WHEREAS, the city of Dublin is preparing to improve and widen
Ii Coffman Road; and,

il! WHEREAS, said improvement will require the city of Dublin to
!, obtain a temporary construction easement in and to the
Ii premises described in the attached Exhibit "A", located in the
II City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio.

Ii NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of
I Dublin, state of Ohio, '7 of the elected members
concurring that:

I! Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its
il. intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving and
II widening Coffman Road, temporary construction easement in and
I to the premises located in the City of Dublin, Franklin
II County, Ohio, and more fully described in the legal
i description attached hereto as Exhibit "A."

I Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause
written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served
upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
, interest of record in the above-described property. This
notice shall be served according to law.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in
force from and after the earliest date permitted by law.

Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin and being 0.019 acres out
of Lot 150, Shannon Park Section 2 Phase 2, as recorded in Plat Book 61, at page 72, as
conveyed to Gullway Bay Investment Company, as recorded in Official Record 06672-CI2,
Franklin County Recorders Office. Said 0.019 acres being more particularly described as follows:
, Beginning at a point in the northeast corner of said Lot 150, said point also being on the
westerly right-of-way line of Coffman Road (40.00 feet left of Station 211+12.36);
... Thence S26 0 -03' -54"W , along said right-of-way line and the east line of said Lot 150, for
a distance of82.36 feet to a point, (40.00 feet left of Station 210+30.00);
Thence N63 0 -56' -06"W for a distance of 1 0.00 feet to a point (50.00 feet left of Station
210+30.00);
Thence N26 0 -03' -54"E, along said north line, for a distance of 82.35 feet to a point (50.00
feet left of Station 211+12.35);
