WHEREAS, said improvement will require the city of Dublin to !, obtain a temporary construction easement in and to the Ii premises described in the attached Exhibit "A", located in the II City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio. i, Ii NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of I Dublin, state of Ohio, '7 of the elected members concurring that: I I! Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served upon the owners and persons in possession or having an , interest of record in the above-described property.
