GABLE, LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF COFFMAN ROAD, IN I
THE TOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, 'I
STATE OF OHIO. I
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to improve and widen II'
Coffman Road; and,
I
WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to I
obtain a temporary construction easement and a fee simple II
interest in and to the premises described in the attached I
Exhibits "A" and "B", located in Washington TownShip, Franklin I
County, Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the council, of the city of
Dublin, state of Ohio, 7 of the elected members
concurring that:
Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its I
intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving and i
widening Coffman Road, a temporary construction easement and I
a fee simple interest in and to the premises located in I
Washington Township Franklin County, Ohio, and more fully !
described in the legal descriptions attached hereto as I'
Exhibits "A" and "B".
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause i
written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served I
upon the owners and persons in possession or having an I
interest of record in the above-descr ibed property. This :
notice shall be served according to law. !

Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in '
force from and after the earliest date permitted by law.

Beginning at a point 22.50 feet right of Station 249+31.00 Coffman Road, said point also
being on the northerly line of said 6.679 acre tract;

22.50 feet to a point on the easterly right-of-way line of Coffman Road (22.50 feet right of
Station 249+31.00) ;
