TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT IN PROPERTY OWNED I
BY FJ , S INVESTMENTS, LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF
POST ROAD AND EAST SIDE OF COFFMAN ROAD, IN THE I
CITY OF DUBLIN, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO.
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to improve and widen I
Coffman Road; and, I
WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to
obtain a temporary construction easement in and to the
premises described in the attached Exhibit "A" located in the
City of Dublin, Franklin County, ohio.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Councll, of the Clty of I
Dublin, state of Ohio, '7 of the elected members I
concurring that:
Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its I
intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving and I
widening Coffman Road, a temporary construction easement in I
and to the premises located in the City of Dublin, Franklin :1
County, Ohio, and more fully described in the legal I
description attached hereto as Exhibit "A." I
Section 2. The city Manager is hereby authorized to cause I
written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served
upon the owners and persons in possession or having an I
interest of record in the above-described property. This I
notice shall be served according to law. ,
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in i
force from and after the earliest date permitted by law. :

Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin, Virginia Military Survey
No. #2542 and being 0.021 acres out of the 1.840 acres conveyed to F.J. & S.Investments by
deed of record in Official Records 05799-H02 ofthe Franklin County Recorders Office. Said
, 0.021 acres being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the northwest comer of said F.J.& S. Investment tract, in the
... southerly right-of-way line of Post Road (54.84 feet right of Station 11+57.70 Post Road)~
Thence, with the southerly existing right-of-way of Post Road, S680-11'-54"E a distance
of 138.42 feet to the northeasterly comer of said FJ. & S.Investments tract (52.00 feet right of
Station 12+96.09 Post Road)~
Thence, N73 0 -50'-52"W a distance of 134.62 feet to a point in the westerly line of said
FJ. & S.Investments tract (68.00 feet right of Station 11+62.42 Post Road)~
Thence, with said westerly line, N03 0 -14'-22"E a distance of 13.98 feet to the Point of
Beginning and containing 0.021 acres of land, more or less. Subject to all easements, restrictions
and rights-of-way of record.
The above described acreage is contained in Auditor's Parcel Number 273-000294.
