WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to improve and widen I Coffman Road; and, I WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to obtain a temporary construction easement in and to the premises described in the attached Exhibit "A" located in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, ohio. . . i NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Councll, of the Clty of I Dublin, state of Ohio, '7 of the elected members I concurring that: Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its I intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving and I widening Coffman Road, a temporary construction easement in I and to the premises located in the City of Dublin, Franklin :1 County, Ohio, and more fully described in the legal I description attached hereto as Exhibit "A." I Section 2. The city Manager is hereby authorized to cause I written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served upon the owners and persons in possession or having an I interest of record in the above-described property. This I notice shall be served according to law. , Section 3.
