S7-j'/lSsed 19n nm ~ A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO APPROPRIATE A 0.095 ACRE I TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT AND A O. 140 ACRE FEE SIMPLE INTEREST IN PROPERTY OWNED BY THE DISTRICT ADVISORY BOARD OF THE CENTRAL OHIO CHURCH OF NAZARENE, LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF COFFMAN ROAD, IN THE TOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO. WHEREAS, the city of Dublin is preparing to improve and widen Coffman Road; and, WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to obtain a temporary construction easement and a fee simple interest in and to the premises described in the attached Exhibits "A" and "B", located in Washington Township, Franklin County, Ohio. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of Dublin, state of Ohio, ~ of the elected members i concurring that: I I I I Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its i intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving and I widening Coffman Road, a temporary construction easement and I a fee simple interest in and to the premises located in I Washington Township, Franklin County, Ohio, and more fully I! described in the legal descriptions attached hereto as I I Exhibits "A" and "B". I I I Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause I written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served I upon the owners and persons in possession or having an II interest of record in the above-described property. This . notice shall be served according to law. i Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in I force from and after the earliest date permitted by law.
