A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO APPROPRIATE A 0.031 ACRE I
TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT IN PROPERTY OWNED BY
AEROSAFE, INC., LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF COFFMAN
ROAD, IN THE CITY OF DUBLIN, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE I
OF OHIO. I

WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to improve and widen
Coffman Road; and,
WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to
obtain a temporary construction easement in and to the
premises described in the attached Exhibits "A" located in the
City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of
Dublin, state of Ohio, '1 of the elected members
concurring that:
Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its
intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving and
widening Coffman Road, a temporary construction easement in
and to the premises located in the City of Dublin, Franklin
County, Ohio, and more fully described in the legal
description attached hereto as Exhibit "A."
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause
written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served
upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
interest of record in the above-described property. This
notice shall be served according to law.
section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in
force from and after the earliest date permitted by law.

Description of Temporary Construction Easement
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin and being 0.031
acres out of Lot 1, Hemingway Village Section 1 as recorded in Plat Book 53 at page 12
& 13, as conveyed to Aerosafe, Inc., as recorded in Official Record 06668-B08 ,Franklin
County Recorders Office. Said 0.031 acres being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said Lot 1, said point also being on the
westerly right-of-way line of Coffin an Road (40.00 feet left of Station 233+16.45);
Thence S 10- 047' -25"W, along the east line of said Lot 1 and said westerly right-
of-way line, for a distance of 79.90 feet to a point (40.00 feet left of Station 232+36.54);
Thence N840 -26' -56"W, along the south line of said Lot 1, for a distance of 1 0.04
feet to a point (50.00 feet left of Station 232+35.63);
Thence NlOo -47' -25"E for a distance of 14.37 feet to a point (50,00 feet left of
Station 232+50.00) ;
Thence N03 0 -33' -58"W for a distance of 68.56 feet to a point on the north line of
said Lot 1(67.00 feet left of Station 233+ 16.42) ;
Thence S790-I5'-42"E, along said north line of said Lot 1, for a distance of27.00
feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.031 acres ofland, more or less. Subject to all
easement, right-of-way and restrictions of record.
The above described acreage is contained in Auditors Parcel 273-001074.
Stations and offsets used in this description are referenced to the proposed
centerline plat for Coffinan' Road, Perimeter Drive, Post Road and Brand Road prepared
by John E. Foster and Associates,Inc.
Bearings used in this description are based on an actual field survey utilizing USGS
Monuments Britton, Davidson and Lincoln LeVec Tower by John E. Foster and
Associates, Inc. in May 1989.
