'Iii WHEREAS, the city of Dublin is preparing to improve Post Road, i
II Frantz Road and the S.R. 161 intersection; and, ,

, WHEREAS, said improvement will require the city of Dublin to
obtain a temporary construction easement and a fee simple
interest in and to the premises described in the attached i
Exhibits "A" and "B", located in the city of Dublin, Franklin I
County, Ohio.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of
Dublin, state of Ohio, .~ of the elected members
concurring that:

section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its !
intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving the Post j
Road, Frantz Road and S.R. 161 intersection, a temporary
construction easement and a fee simple interest in and to the
premises located in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio,
and more fully described in the legal descriptions attached
hereto as Exhibit "A" and "B".
section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause
written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served
upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
interest of record in the above-described property. This
notice shall be served according to law.
section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in
force from and after the earliest date permitted by law.

Franklin County Recorder's Office, and being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the gmntor's westerly property line rmd the easterly line of ""-.
Lot 4 of the Corbin's Mill Subdivision P.D. 55, Page 81, said point also being
33.71 feet right of centerline of survey station 23+03.29;
Thence leaving the grantor's westerly property line and the easterly line of
Lot 4 and along the proposed right-of-way line of Corbin's Mill Drive N
860 26' 41" E, a distance of 56.22 feet to a point 25.81 feet right of
centerline of survey station 23+54.40;
Thence leaving the proposed right-of-way line of Corbin's Mill Drive S
