II INC., LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF FRANTZ ROAD AND
III NORTH SIDE OF METRO PLACE NORTH, IN THE CITY OF
I DUBLIN, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO.
1.11 WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to improve Post Road,
i Frantz Road and the S.R. 161 intersection; and,

Ii WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to
;1 obtain a temporary construction easement, a fee simple
,j interest, and a drainage easement in and to the premises
I described in the attached Exhibits "A", "B", and "C", located
in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio.

I Dublln, state of OhlO, ~ of the elected members
II concurring that:
II section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its
ill intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving the Post
I Road, Frantz Road and S.R. 161 intersection, a temporary
II construction easement, a fee simple interest, and a drainage
,[ easement in and to the premises located in the City of DUblin,
I Franklin County, Ohio, and more fully described in the legal
I descriptions attached hereto as Exhibit "A", "B", and "C".
i Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause
II written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served
Ii upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
II interest of record in the above-described property. This
II notice shall be served according to law.

Ii force from and after the earliest date permitted by law.
