I, EXISTING CONTRACT FOR A THREE-MONTH PERIOD.

II WHEREAS, the City of Dublin has previously entered into an agreement with Stephen I
!i J. Smith for legal services and the current contract expires on December 31, 1996; and !

II WHEREAS, a review of the law department structure is underway with the Finance I
I: Committee of Council and a recommendation is pending. :

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State :
of Ohio, -2- of the elected members concurring: I
i
Section 1. That the existing contract for the Law Director which expires on December 31,
1996 is hereby extended until March 31, 1997.
Section 2. That this resolution is effective upon passage in accordance with Section
4.04.(a) of the Revised Charter.
