Resolution No. 20-96 Passed 19 ,~ I A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO APPROPRIATE A .009 ACRE I TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT IN PROPERTY OWNED I BY SUSAN J. INSLEY, LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF II' SHANNON PARR DRIVE AND WEST SIDE OF COFFMAN ROAD, IN THE CITY OF DUBLIN, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to improve Coffman i Road in order to connect Coffman Road (Emerald Parkway Phase I II) to Dublin Road; and, I WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to obtain a temporary construction easement in and to the premises described in the attached Exhibit "A", located in the city of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio. I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of I Dublin, state of Ohio, ~ of the elected members II concurring that: II section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its I intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving Coffman I' Road, a temporary construction easement in and to the premises located in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio, and more : fully described in the legal description attached hereto as Exhibit "A". Section 2. The city Manager is hereby authorized to cause written notice of the passage of this resolution to be served upon the owners and persons in possession or having an .. interest of record in the above-described property. This notice shall be served according to law. section 3. This resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health, safety and welfare. The prompt improvement of Coffman Road is necessary in order to connect Coffman Road (Emerald Parkway Phase II) to Dublin Road. Therefore, this resoluti shall go into immediate effect. , 1996.
