A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO APPROPRIATE A .007
ACRE TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT IN
PROPERTY OWNED BY DEBORAH A. KLAHR, LOCATED ON
THE SOUTH SIDE OF SHANNON PARK DRIVE AND WEST
SIDE OF COFFMAN ROAD, IN THE CITY OF DUBLIN,
COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO, AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to improve Coffman
Road in order to connect Coffman Road (Emerald Parkway Phase
II) to Dublin Road; and,
WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to
obtain a temporary construction easement in and to the
premises described in the attached Exhibit "A", located in the
city of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of
Dublin, state of Ohio, ~ of the elected members
concurring that:
section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its
intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving Coffman
Road, a temporary construction easement in and to the premises
located in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio, and more
fully described in the legal description attached hereto as
Exhibit "A".
section 2. The city Manager is hereby authorized to cause
written notice of the passage of this resolution to be served
upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
interest of record in the above-described property. This
notice shall be served according to law.
section 3. This resolution is hereby declared to be an
emergency necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public health, safety and welfare. The prompt improvement of
Coffman Road is necessary in order to connect Coffman Road
(Emerald Parkway Phase II) to Dublin Road. Therefore, this
resolution shall go into immediate effect.

DESCRIPTION OF CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin, and part of the westerly half of Lot 151
of Shannon Park Section 2, Phase 2, of record in Plat Book 61, Page 72 of the Franklin County
Recorder's Office and conveyed to Deborah A. Klahr by deed of record in Official Record 29690 E12,
and being more particularly described as follows:
Being a 7 foot wide strip of land lying northerly of and adjacent to the entire southerly line of the said
westerly half of Lot 151, and being more particularly delineated on the attached Exhibit B, said
construction easement contains 0.007 acres, more or less.
