I SIDE OF SHANNON PARK DRIVE, IN THE CITY OF DUBLIN,
Ii COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO, AND DECLARING AN
Ii EMERGENCY.
Ii WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to improve Coffman
Ii Road in order to connect Coffman Road (Emerald Parkway Phase
! II) to Dublin Road; and,

: WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to
I obtain a temporary construction easement in and to the
; premises described in the attached Exhibit "A", located in the
City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio,

II NOW" THEREFORE, BE IT R~SOLVED? the council, of the City of
: Dublln, state of OhlO, of the elected members
I concurring that:
',I section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its
I
" intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving Coffman
:: Road, a temporary construction easement in and to the premises
Ii located in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio, and more
fully described in the legal description attached hereto as
'I Exhibit "A".

Ii Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause
II written notice of the passage of this resolution to be served
upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
II interest of record in the above-described property. This
Ii notice shall be served according to law.

II section 3. This resolution is hereby declared to be an
'I emergency necessary for the immediate preservation of the
Ii public health, safety and welfare. The prompt improvement of
Ii Coffman Road is necessary in order to connect Coffman Road
'i (Emerald Parkway Phase II) to Dublin Road. Therefore, this
Ii resolution shall go into immediate effect.
