MALATESTA, LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE I OF S.R. 745, IN THE CITY OF DUBLIN, COUNTY OF I FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO, AND DECLARING AN I I EMERGENCY. I I WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to improve Coffman Road in order to connect Coffman Road (Emerald Parkway Phase II) to Dublin Road; and, WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to I obtain a temporary construction easement in and to the i I premises described in the attached Exhibit "A", located in the I I City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio. I ! NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED~ the Council, of the City of i i Dublin, state of Ohio, , of the elected members i concurring that: section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its I intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving Coffman I I Road, a temporary construction easement in and to the premises I located in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio, and more fully described in the legal description attached hereto as Exhibit "A". I I section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause I I written notice of the passage of this resolution to be served I upon the owners and persons in possession or having an I interest of record in the above-described property. This I notice shall be served according to law. I Section 3. This resolution is hereby declared to be an I emergency necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health, safety and welfare. The prompt improvement of Coffman Road is necessary in order to connect Coffman Road (Emerald Parkway Phase II) to Dublin Road.
