II WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF
II OHIO, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

II WHEREAS, the city of Dublin is preparing to improve Coffman
1'1 Road in ord7r to connect Coffman Road (Emerald Parkway Phase
II II) to Dublln Road; and,
!I WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to
I obtain a temporary construction easement and a fee simple
I interest in and to the premises described in the attached
II Exhibits "A" and "B", located in Washington Township, Franklin
,I County, Ohio.
II NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED!fi the Council, of the City of
I Dublin, state of Ohio, of the elected members
I concurring that:

I section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its
I intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving Coffman
I Road, a temporary construction easement and a fee simple
: interest in and to the premises located in Washington
Township, Franklin County, Ohio, and more fully described in
the legal descriptions attached hereto as Exhibits "A" and
"B".
I section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause
I written notice of the passage of this resolution to be served
upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
'.'[' interest of record in the above-described property. This
. notice shall be served according to law.
I
,! section 3. This resolution is hereby declared to be an
'I emergency necessary for the immediate preservation of the
I public health, safety and welfare. The prompt improvement of
, Coffman Road is necessary in order to connect Coffman Road
'I (Emerald Parkway Phase II) to Dublin Road. Therefore, this
, resolution shall go into immediate effect.

12 of Scioto Shores Subdivision as delineated in Plat Book 18, Page 37, and as conveyed to Karen A.
Noll in Official Record 17703 I06, of the Franklin County Recorder's Office, and being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning, for reference, at the southwesterly corner of the northerly half of the said Lot 12, on
the easterly right-of-way line of Dublin Road; thence N 89015'25" E, along the southerly line
of northerly half of the said Lot 12, 5.53 feet to the true point of beginning;
