Council considers it necessary and declares its I! intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving Coffman ii Road, a fee simple interest and a temporary construction II easement and a fee simple interest in and to the premises 'I' located in the washington Township, Franklin County, Ohio, and : more f~l~y described in the legal descriptions attached hereto 1 as Exh1.b1.ts "A" and "B". The city Manager is hereby authorized to cause ill written notice of the passage of this resolution to be served I upon the owners and persons in possession or having an :i interest of record in the above-described property. This notice shall be served according to law. Ii section 3. This resolution is hereby declared to be an ! emergency necessary for the immediate preservation of the Ii public health, safety and welfare. The prompt improvement of !I Coffman Road is necessary in order to connect Coffman Road 'i (Emerald Parkway Phase II) to Dublin Road.
