Ii WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to improve Coffman
i,ll' Road in order to connect Coffman Road (Emerald Parkway Phase
I II) to Dublin Road; and,

ill' WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to
i obtain a temporary construction easement and a fee simple
Ii interest in and to the premises described in the attached
'Ii Exhibits "A" and "B", located in Washington Township, Franklin
,I County, Ohio.

'I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Councll, of the Cl ty of
II Dublin, state of Ohio, ~ of the elected members
i concurring that:

I Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its
111 intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving Coffman
,I Road, a fee simple interest and a temporary construction
il easement in and to the premises located in the Washington
I, Township, Franklin County, Ohio, and more fully described in
II the legal descriptions attached hereto as Exhibits "A" and
II "B" .

II Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause
written notice of the passage of this resolution to be served
upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
interest of record in the above-descr ibed property. This
'I notice shall be served according to law.
,I Section 3 . This resolution is hereby declared to be an
! emergency necessary for the immediate preservation of the
I public health, safety and welfare. The prompt improvement of
Coffman Road is necessary in order to connect Coffman Road
(Emerald Parkway Phase II) to Dublin Road. Therefore, this
resolution shall go into immediate effect.

and 23 of Scioto Shores Subdivision of record in Plat Book 18, Page 37 and being conveyed to Patricia
Grimm Schumann by deed of record in Official Record 9457 ] 10 of the Franklin County Recorder's
Office, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning, for reference, at the northwesterly corner of the said Lot 22; thence S 86051'06" E,
along the northerly line of the said Lot 22, 6.69 feet to the true point of beginning;
Thence S 86051 '06" E, along the said northerly line, 36.22 feet;
Thence S 13055'04" W, 14.65 feet;
