:1 WHEREAS, the city of Dublin is preparing to improve Coffman I
:, Road in order to connect Coffman Road (Emerald Parkway Phase i
Ii II) to Dublin Road; and, :

Ii WHEREAS, said improvement will require the city of Dublin to !
! obtain a temporary construction easement in and to the I
: premises described in the attached Exhibit "A", located in I
II Washington Township, Franklin County, Ohio. I

,i Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its I
II intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving Coffman
II Road, a temporary construction easement in and to the premises
! located in the Washington Township, Franklin County, Ohio, and
,I more fully described in the legal description attached hereto
1\ as Exhibit "A".
!I section 2. The city Manager is hereby authorized to cause
I written notice of the passage of this resolution to be served
, upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
interest of record in the above-described property. This
notice shall be served according to law.
section 3. This resolution is hereby declared to be an
emergency necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public health, safety and welfare. The prompt improvement of
Coffman Road is necessary in order to connect Coffman Road
(Emerald Parkway Phase II) to Dublin Road. Therefore, this
resolution shall go into immediate effect.

Scioto Shores Subdivision of record in Plat Book 18, Page 37 and being conveyed to Thurmon' & Patricia
I. Floyd by deed of record in Official Record 9919 A07 of the Franklin County Recorder's Office, and
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwesterly corner of the said Lot 24;
Thence S 87017'30" E, along the northerly line of the said Lot 24, 13.32 feet;
Thence S 12046'29" W, 0.75 feet;
Thence S 50030'03" E, 34.60 feet;
Thence S 26010'35" E, 55.70 feet;
Thence S 5r44'55" W, 19.41 feet;
