returned to this ofTice on or before the first day of October. (ORe. 5705.34) The amounts 011
this resolution include the real property state reimbursement tor rollback and homestead, In thc~ event
your subdivision passes a levy in November ?ncJ)or has a bond rate to be set by the Budget
Commission, an "Amended Resolution Accepting the Amounts and Rates Authorizing Necessa,y Tax
Levies" vrill be forwarded to you in late December.
The ta'\ levy revenue estimates appearing on your Official Certificate are based on 1998
valuation data and new construction as of January I, 1999. Levies expiring in 1999 have been
removed. Levies to be voted on in November 1999 are not included. It should be noted that current
tax revenue estimates may increase or decrease when actual valuation and effective tax rate da:a
become available in December
