Ii A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE
, PARKS AND RECREATION ADVISORY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
WHEREAS, Council has completed the interview process for a vacancy on the Parks and
Recreation Advisory Commission and now desires to appoint a member to serve on the
commISSIOn.
NOW, THtREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State
of Ohio, of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Richard A. Foster is hereby appointed to a one-year term on the Parks and
Recreation Advisory Commission. a term which will expire on March 31,2000.
Section 2. The above-named person shall serve until a successor is appointed or until
death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City Council.
Section 3. The member herein appointed shall serve without compensation.
Section 4. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section 4.04(a) of
the Revised Charter.
