City of Dublin, Ohio, and more fully described in the legal descriptions attached I

I hereto as Exhibit" A".

\1 Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause written notice of the \
passage of this Resolution to be served upon the owners and persons in possession I

II or having an interest of record in the above-described property. This notice shall be !

earliest date permitted by law.

DESCRIPTION OF ADDITIONAL RIGHT -OF- WAY
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin, located in Virginia Military Survey
~ No. 2419(4852) and being a part of a 2.50 Acre tract owned by Timothy J. Fallon by deed ofrecord in
Official Records Volume 10208, Page F06, Auditor's Parcel No. 273-004517, all references being to
those in the Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a railroad spike found at the intersection of Rings Road and Paul G. Blazer Parkway at
a point 21.50 feet right of proposed Rings Road centerline station 54+21.04: thence, N 05019'56" W a
distance of 21.54 feet along the centerline of Paul G. Blazcr Parkway to proposed Rings Road
ccnterlinc at station 54+22.36; thcncc along the proposed ccnterline N 84038'49" E a distance of
590.23 fcct to station 60+ 12.59; thcnce, S 05021' 11" E a distance of 21.50 feet to a point 21.50 feet
right of station 60+ 12.59 and the TRUE PLACE OF BEGINNING, said point being the northwest
comer of the said Timothy J. Fallon property;
thcnce, N 84038'49" E along the north property line a distance of 148.24 feet to a point 21.50 feet right
of station 61 +60.83, said point being the northeast property comer;
thcnce, S 5009'44" E along the east property line a distance of 40.00 feet to an iron pin set 61.50 right
of station 61 +60.69, passing the existing southerly right of way line for Rings Road at 30.00 feet;
thcnce, S 84038'49" W a distance of 147.32 feet to an iron pin set 61.50 feet right of station 60+ 13.38
and on the west property line of said Fallon property;
thence, N 6029'14" W along the said west property line a distance of 40.01 feet to the TRUE PLACE
OF BEGINNING, passing the existing southerly right of way line for Rings Road at 10.00 feet,
containing 0.136 Acres, more or less, of which the present road occupies 0.102 Acres, mote or less,
leaving a net take of 0.034 Acres, more or less.
The basis for bearing N 84038'49" E is the Centerline Survey Plat for Rings Road (Co. Road No. 33)
from Wilcox Road to Frantz Road, prepared by and available from the Franklin CountY Engineer's
Office.
