II WHEREAS, Council desires to appoint a member to serve on the Architectural Review

.! NOW. TH~FORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State
il of Ohio, of the elected members concurring that:
Ii Section 1. David Larson is hereby appointed to a three-year term on the Architectural
11 Review Board, a term which will expire on March 31, 2002.

Ii Sec~ion 2. The above-named person shall serve until a successor is appointed or until
!: death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City Council.
': Section 3. The member herein appointed shall serve without compensation.
II Section 4. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section 4.04(a) of
: the Revised Charter.
