A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
WHEREAS, Council has completed the interview process for vacancies on boards and
commissions and now desires to appoint members to serve on those boards and
COmmISSIOnS.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State
of Ohio, L of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Timothy Lecklider is hereby re-appointed to a four-year term on the Planning
and Zoning Commission, a term which will expire on March 31, 2003.
Section 2. Brent Davis is hereby re-appointed to a three-year term on the Board of Zoning
Appeals. a term which will expire on March 31, 2002.
Section 3. Kelly Gardner is hereby re-appointed to a two-year term as Council's
representative to the Dublin Convention & Visitors Bureau, a term which will expire on
March 31,2001.
Section 4. John Messineo is hereby re-appointed to a three year term on the Building
Construction Appeals Board, a term which will expire on March 31, 2002.
Section S. Dean Knisley is hereby appointed to a three-year term on the Personnel Board
of Review. a term which will expire on March 31,2002.
Section 6. Laura Colwell is hereby appointed to a three-year term on the Records
Commission, a term which will expire on March 31, 2002,
Section 7. Ian Rennick is hereby appointed to a one-year term on the Natural Resources
Advisory Commission. a term which will expire on March 31, 2000; Denise King and
Thomas Keenan are hereby appointed to two-year terms on the Natural Resources
Advisory Commission. terms which will expire on March 31, 2001; and Kathryn Epp,
Richard Ferguson and Daniel Livingston are hereby appointed to three-year terms on the
Natural Resources Advisory Commission. terms which will expire on March 31, 2002,
Section 8. Ross Breseman and Barry Burton are hereby appointed to one-year terms on
the Community Services Advisory Commission. terms which will expire on March 31,
2000; Tony Fabiano and James Stoycheff are hereby appointed to two-year terms on the
Community Services Advisory Commission. terms which will expire on March 31,2001;
and Rick Gerber, David Pagnard and Sugu Suguness are hereby appointed to three-year
terms on the Community Services Advisory Commission. terms which will expire on
March 31, 2002.
Section 9. Michael Stovsky is hereby appointed to a one-year term on the Parks and
Recreation Advisory Commission. a term which will expire on March 31, 2000; Lori
Davis and Edward Ostrowski are hereby appointed to two-year terms on the Parks and
Recreation Advisory Commission, terms which will expire on March 31, 2001; and Patrick
Enright, Keith Blosser and Wilbur Ulrey are hereby appointed to three-year terms on the
Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission, terms which will expire on March 31,2002.
Section 10. The above-named persons shall serve until a successor is appointed or until
death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City Council.

Section 11. The members herein appointed shall serve without compensation,
Section 12. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section 4,04(a)
of the Revised Charter.
