bikepath easement and temporary construction easement in and to the premises
described in the attached Exhibits "A" and "B" located in the City of Dublin, i

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of Dublin, i

State of Ohio, '7 of the elected members concurring that: I
Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its intention to I
appropriate, f(lr the purpose of completing the bikeway link to the new/proposed re-
construction of the Avery-Muirfield Drive interchange, a permanent bikepath
easement and temporary construction easement in and to the premises located in the
City of Dublin, Ohio, and more fully described in the legal descriptions attached
hereto as Exhibits "A" and "B".
Section 2, The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause written notice ofthe
passage of this Resolution to be served upon the owners and persons in possession
or having an interest of record in the above-described property, This notice shall be
served according to law,
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the
earliest date permitted by law,

Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin, located in Virginia
Military Survey No, 2999 and being part of a 1,726 acre tract conveyed to The
Huntington National Bank by Official Record 15216 J05 of the Franklin County
Recorder's Offise and being ore particular described as follows:
Beginning at the northwesterly coner of the said 1,726 acre tract on the easterly right-of-
way line of Avery-Muirfield Drive, being the true pOint of beginning of the easement
described herein:
Thence N 75007'04" E, along the northerly line of the said 1,726 acre tract, 6.74
feet;
Thence S 30010'23" E, 24.27 feet;
Thence S 14020'06" E, 173,65 feet;
Thence S 75007'04" W, 11.48 feet to a point on the westerly line of the said 1,726
acre tract on the easterly right-of-way line of Avery-Muirfield Drive;
Thence N 14052'56" W, along the said westerly line and the said easterly right-of-
way line of Avery-Muirfield Drive, 197,06 feet to the true point of beginning,
containing 0.0544 acres, more or less, and being more particularly delineated on
the attached Exhibit 8.
