I CORPORATION, IN PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH
I SIDE OF RINGS ROAD, CITY OF DUBLIN, COUNTY OF
FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO.
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to improve Rings Road between Paul
G. Blazer Parkway and Frantz Road and improve related traffic circulation; and
WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to obtain a temporary
construction easement in and to the premises described in the attached Exhibit "A"
located in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring that:
Section L Council considers it necessary and declares its intention to
appropriate, for the purpose of improving Rings Road between Paul G. Blazer
Parkway and Frantz Road, a temporary construction easement in and to the premises
located in the City of Dublin, Ohio, and more fully described in the legal descriptions
attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause written notice of the
passage of this Resolution to be served upon the owners and persons in possession
or having an interest of record in the above-described property. This notice shall be
served according to law.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the
earliest date permitted by law.

DESCRIPTION OF TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin, located in Virginia Military Survey
No. 2419(4852) and being part of a 18.773 Acre tract owned by Witco Corporation by deed of record
in Instrument No. 199707280055881, Auditor's Parcel No. 273-000572, all references being to those in
the Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a railroad spike found at the intersection of Rings Road and Paul G. Blazer Parkway at
a point 21.50 feet right of proposed Rings Road centerline station 54+21.04; thence, N 05019'56" Wa
distance of21.54 feet along the centerline of Paul G. Blazer to proposed Rings Road centerline at
station 54+22.36; thence along the proposed centerline N 84038'49" E a distance of 758.37 feet to
station 61 +80.73; thence s 05021 '11" E a distance of 51.50 feet to a point on the southerly right of way
line of Rings Road 51.50 feet right of station 61 +80.73; thence, N 84038'49" E along said existing right
of way line a distance of 348.31 feet to a point 61.40 feet right of station 65+22.01 and the TRUE
PLACE OF BEGINNING;
thence, N 84038'49" E along said right of way line a distance of 70.24 feet to a point 71.73 feet right of
station 65+87.99;
thence, S 58023'04" W a distance of 55.53 feet to a point 88.38 feet right of station 65+38.14;
thence, N 82045'34" W a distance of20.98 feet to a point on the westerly property line of said Witco
Corporation property 81.24 feet right of station 65+ 19.64;

The basis for bearing N 84038'49" E is the Centerline Survey Plat for Rings Road (Co. Road No. 33)
from Wilcox Road to Frantz Road, prepared by and available from the Franklin County Engineer's
Office.
