II WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to improve Rings Road between Paul
II
II G. Blazer Parkway and Frantz Road and improve related traffic circulation; and
II WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to obtain a fee simple
II interest in and to the premises described in the attached Exhibit "A" located in the
il City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio. I
II NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring that:

I Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its intention to

:1 appropriate, for the purpose of improving Rings Road between Paul G. Blazer
Ii Parkway and Frantz Road, a fee simple interest in and to the premises located in the

II City of Dublin, Ohio, and more fully described in the legal descriptions attached
hereto as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause written notice of the
passage of this Resolution to be served upon the owners and persons in possession
or having an interest of record in the above-described property. This notice shall be
served according to law.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the I
earliest date permitted by law. I

RINGS ROAD IMPROVEMENTS, 1-270 TO FRANTZ ROAD
CITY OF DUBLIN, OHIO
DESCRIPTION OF ADDITIONAL RIGHT-OF-WAY
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin, located in Virginia Military Survey
No. 2419(4852) and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe in the southeast comer of a 29.721 acre tract of land formerly owned by
Samuel Frantz as described by a plat and description of a survey made by Samuel P. Baird, Civil
Engineer and Surveyor, on October 10, 1931, for Robert A. Herdman, and as recorded in the County
Recorder's Miscellaneous Record Volume 69, page 92, of the County of Franklin, State of Ohio;
thence, with the south boundary of the said 29.721 acre tract S 850 IS' W a distance of 263.39 feet to
an iron pipe and the place of beginning;
thence, along the same said south boundary S 850 15' W a distance of 58.29 feet to an iron pipe;
thence, N 30 31' Wand parallel with the east line of the said 29.721 acre tract, 747.81 feet to the center
of the Amlin Road (sometimes called the Amity Road), passing an iron pipe at 717.81 feet;
thence, with the center line of the said Amlin Road N 860 17' E a distance of 58.28 feet to a point;
thence, S 30 31' E and parallel with the east line of the said 29.721 acre tract, 746.76 feet to the place of
beginning, passing an iron pipe at 30.00 feet, containing one (1.00) acre ofland, more or less.
Being the intent of this document to convey the entire property owned by Mid-States Development
Corporation by deed of record in Official Records Volume 13473, Page F18, Auditor's Parcel No. 273-
5422, all references being to those in the Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio. Bearings
contained herein are based on those described in the referenced deed of record.

by Barr Engineering, Inc., Columbus, Ohio.
