A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO APPROPRIATE A FEE I
SIMPLE INTEREST CONSISTING OF 2.500 ACRES, MORE
OR LESS, FROM TIMOTHY J. FALLON, IN PROPERTY
LOCA TED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF RINGS ROAD, CITY
OF DUBLIN, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to improve Rings Road between Paul
G. Blazer Parkway and Frantz Road and improve related traffic circulation; and
WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to obtain a fee simple
interest in and to the premises described in the attached Exhibit "A" located in the
City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio.
NOW THEREFZ;RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its intention to
appropriate, for the purpose of improving Rings Road between Paul G. Blazer
Parkway and Frantz Road, a fee simple interest in and to the premises located in the
City of Dublin, Ohio, and more fully described in the legal descriptions attached
hereto as Exhibit "A".
Section 2, The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause written notice of the
passage of this Resolution to be served upon the owners and persons in possession
or having an interest of record in the above-described property. This notice shall be
served according to law.
Section 3, This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the
earliest date permitted by law.

RINGS ROAD IMPROVEMENTS, 1-270 TO FRANTZ ROAD
CITY OF DUBLIN, OHIO
DESCRIPTION OF ADDITIONAL RIGHT-OF-WAY
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin, located in Virginia Military Survey
No. 2419(4852) and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe in the southeast corner of a 29,721 acre tract of land formerly owned by
Samuel Frantz as described by a plat and description of a survey made by Samuel p, Baird, Civil
Engineer and Surveyor, on October 10, 1931, for Robert A, Herdman, and as recorded in the County
Recorder's Miscellaneous Record Volume 69, page 92, of the County of Franklin, State of Ohio;
thence, with the south boundary of the said 29,721 acre tract S 850 15' W a distance of 146,53 feet to
an Iron pipe;
thence, N 30 31' W and parallel with the east line of the said 29,721 acre tract, 744,64 feet to the
centerline of the Amlin Road (sometimes called the Amity Road), passing an iron pipe at 714,64 feet;
thence, with the centerline of the said Amlin Road N 860 17' E a distance of 146,50 feet to a point;
thence, along the east line of the 29,721 acre tract S 30 31' E a distance of 742,00 feet to the place of
beginning, passing an iron pipe at 30,00 feet. Containing 2.500 acres ofland, more or less,
Being the intent of this document to convey the entire property owned by Timothy J, Fallon by deed of
record in Official Records Volume 10208, Page F06, Auditor's Parcel No, 273-4517, all references
being to those in the Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio, Bearings contained herein are based
on those described in the referenced deed of record,
Description prepared in December, 1998 by Franklin D. Blair PS, No, 5676, based on plans prepared
by Barr Engineering, Inc., Columbus, Ohio.
