A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO APPROPRIATE A FEE :==,=
SIMPLE INTEREST CONSISTING OF 0.005 ACRES, MORE
OR LESS, FROM CRAMER CREEK PARTNERS, IN
PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF RINGS
ROAD AND THE EAST SIDE OF FRANTZ ROAD, CITY OF
DUBLIN, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO.
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to improve Rings Road between Paul
G. Blazer Parkway and Frantz Road and improve related traffic circulation; and
WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to obtain a fee simple
interest in and to the premises described in the attached Exhibit "A" located in the
City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its intention to
appropriate, for the purpose of improving Rings Road between Paul G. Blazer
Parkway and Frantz Road, a fee simple interest in and to the premises located in the
City of Dublin, Ohio, and more fully described in the legal descriptions attached
hereto as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause written notice of the I
passage of this Resolution to be served upon the owners and persons in possession
or having an interest of record in the above-described property. This notice shall be
served according to law.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the
earliest date permitted by law.

DESCRIPTION OF ADDITIONAL RIGHT -OF- WAY
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin, located in Virginia Military Survey
No. 2419 (4852) and being part ofa 3.891 Acre tract owned by Cramer Creek Partners, by deed of
record in Official Records Volume 12972, Page A01, Auditor's Parcel No. 273-002705, all references
being those in the Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio and more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at an iron pin at the intersection of Rings Road and Frantz Road at a point 11.50 feet
right of proposed Rings Road centerline station 76+99.51; thence N 06032'21" W a distance of 11.50
feet along the centerline of Frantz Road to proposed Rings Road centerline at PT station 76+99.19;
thence along the proposed centerline N 85006'39" E a distance of51.50 feet to station 77+50.69;
thence S 04053'21" W a distance of51.50 feet to a point 51.50 feet right of station 77+50.69 and the
TRUE PLACE OF BEGINNING;
thence, N 85006'39" E along the existing right of way line of Rings Road a distance of20.71 feet to an
iron pin set 51.50 feet right of station 77+71.40;
thence, S 39036'52" W a distance of28.72 feet to an iron pin set 71.99 feet right of station 77+51.26
and in the existing easterly right of way line of Frantz Road;
thence, N 6030'16" W along the existing right of way line a distance of20.49 feet to the TRUE PLACE
OF BEGINNING containing 212 square feet (0.005 Acres), more or less.
The basis for bearing N 85006'39" E is the Centerline Survey Plat for Rings Road (Co. Road No. 33)
from Wilcox Road to Frantz Road, prepared by and available from the Franklin County Engineer's
Office.
