II WHEREAS, the City of Dublin has been asked to dedicate an easement to Wynn and Judy

I' Hollingshead, the details of which are more fully set forth in the attached document; and

II WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Dublin has determined that the right-of-way

,I and easement instrument prepared by Schottenstein, Zox & Dunn is satisfactory; and

'I WHEREAS, lack of adequate easement will create a hardship to the owners of the property
II located at 6810 A very- Muirfield Drive.
II NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State of I
II Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring: I

II Section 1. That the City Manager be and hereby is authorized to execute on behalf of the
City of Dublin the Deed of Easement attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein
by reference to Sanitary Sewer Line, all as more fully described in said easement attached
hereto.
Section 2. That the City Engineer be, and hereby is, directed to have the right-of-way and
easement instrument recorded at the Franklin County Recorder's Office.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest
period allowed by law.

EAST OF A VERY-MUIRFIELD DRIVE
DUBLIN, OliO
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin, being located in
Virginia Military Survey No. 3010, being a 15.00 foot wide strip ofland located within
Reserve "A" as shown and delineated upon the plat "Indian Run Meadows, Section I", a I
subdivision of record in Plat Book 61 Page 53, all references herein being to records
located in Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio, said strip being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point at the southwesterly comer of Reserve "A" and in the
easterly right-of-way line of Avery Road (width varies); thence North 90 38' 26" East,
along said easterly right-of-way line, Avery-Muirfield Drive a distance of 107.77 feet to
the TRUE PLACE OF BEGINNING;
Thence North 9038' 26" East, continuing along said easterly right-of-way line, a
distance of 19.54 feet to a point;
Thence through Reserve "A" the following courses:
1. South 400 31' 14" East, a distance of 67.66 feet to a point;
2. South 180 0 I' 14" East, a distance of 50.41 feet to a point;
3. South 63001' 14" East, a distance of 155.34 feet to a point in the southerly
line of Reserve" A" and in the northerly line of a 1.162 acre tract as
described in a deed to Wynn and Judy Hollingshead of record in O.R.
32212, PG. 616;
4. Thence continuing along the southerly boundary of Reserve "A" and the
north boundary of said 1.162 acre tract North 780 34' 13" West, a distance
of 55.95 feet to a point;
5. Thence continuing through Reserve "A" the following courses: North 630
01' 14" West, a distance of 107.64 feet to a point;
6. North 180 01' 14" West, a distance of53.64 feet to a point;
7. North 40031' 14" West, a distance of52.16 feet to the TRUE PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 3,650 square feet ofland. I
Bearings herein are based on the bearing of North 90 38' 26" East for the easterly
right-of-way line of A very-Muirfield Road as shown upon the plat "Indian Run
Meadows, Section 1", of record in Plat Book 61, Page 53.
