Ii A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO APPROPRIATE A " I 0.085 ACRE, MORE OR LESS, TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT, FROM MARTIN AND DEBORAH CONNAUGHTON, LOCATED SOUTH OF GLICK ROAD AND WEST OF MUIRFIELD DRIVE, CITY OF DUBLIN, COUNTY OF DELAWARE, STATE OF OHIO. WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to reconstruct the Muirfield Drive and Glick Road intersection; and WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to obtain a temporary construction easement in and to the premises described in the attached Exhibit "A" located in the City of Dublin, Delaware County, Ohio. NOW THERE&RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of Dublin, State of Ohio, , of the elected members concurring that: Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its intention to appropriate, for the purpose of reconstructing the Muirfield Drive and Glick Road intersection, a temporary construction easement in and to the premises located in the City of Dublin, Ohio, and more fully described in the legal description attached hereto as Exhibit "A". Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served upon the owners and persons in possession or having an interest of record in the above-described property. This notice shall be served according to law. Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest date permitted by law. ,2002. Resolutions for Intent to Appropriate numbered 27-02, 28-02, 29-02, 30-02, and 31-02 are being submitted to Council for approval of Dublin's intent to appropriate the necessary right- of-way and temporary construction easements for this construction project which is to commence this year.
