A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS
TO THE APPEARANCE CODE COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, additional appointments are required for the newly created Appearance
Code Committee.
NOW, THERE[;>RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, of the elected members concurring, that:
Section 1. Chuck Kranstuber is hereby appointed to serve as Council
representative.
Section 2, John Messineo is hereby appointed to serve as Planning & Zoning
Commission representative.
Section 3. Architect David Meleca is hereby appointed to the Committee.
Section 4. A building industry representative to serve on the Committee shall be
selected by the Building Industry Association.
Section 5. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section
4.04 (a) of the Revised Charter.
