A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A REPRESENTATIVE
TO THE DELAWARE COUNTY REGIONAL
PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin, as a member of the Delaware County Regional
Planning Commission is entitled to appoint a City representative to serve on the
Commission.
NOW, THERE~RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, -!:l- of the elected members concurring, that:

Section 1. Ma'[t.AJeklt!AJTlb (ali.) is hereby appointed to serve as the City
of Dublin representa ve to the Delaware C61.mty Regional Planning Commission.
Section 2. The above-named person herein appointed shall serve without
compensation.
Section 3. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section
4.04 (a) of the Revised Charter.
