A RESOLUTION WAIVING A PROVISION OF SECTION 132.03
OF THE DUBLIN CODIFIED ORDINANCES IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE ANNUAL MEMORIAL TOURNAMENT.
WHEREAS, the Annual Memorial tournament is scheduled at the Muirfield Village
Golf Club from May 20, 2002 through May 26, 2002; and
WHEREAS, Dublin City Council desires to waive the restrictions regarding the
loading and/or unloading of commercial waste receptacles within 500 yards of any
residentially zoned property between the hours of7 a.m. to 9 p.m. in order to facilitate
prompt collection of commercial waste generated from the Corporate Hospitality
Village area, in order to ensure the public health, safety and welfare.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, '7 of the members concurring that:
Section 1. In the interest of the public health, safety and welfare, Council hereby
waives the provisions of Section 132.03(6)(b)(4) for the time period of May 15
through May 27,2002 at the Muirfield Corporate Hospitality Village area, located at
8715 Muirfield Drive, specifically for the two dumpsters located on that site, and
hereby extends the hours for loading and/or unloading of such designated commercial
waste receptacles to the hours between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in force and effect immediately upon its passage
as provided under Section 4.04(a) of the Revised Charter.
