Passed H ....., YEAR ,I A RESOLUTION AWARDING A PERFORMANCE BONUS TO THE INTERIM CITY MANAGER, IN RECOGNITION OF EXCEPTIONAL PERFORMANCE IN SUCH CAPACITY WHEREAS, Council recognizes the commitment and dedication of Marsha 1. Grigsby for serving as Interim City Manager, in tandem with her continuing responsibilities as the Director of Finance; and WHEREAS, Council has determined that Ms, Grigsby's performance in the capacity of Interim City Manager has been exceptional; and WHEREAS, Council has determined that such performance should be rewarded with a financial performance bonus; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State of Ohio, '1 of the elected members concurring: Section 1, That a performance bonus in the amount of $4,800 is hereby awarded to Ms, Grigsby in recognition of Ms. Grigsby's exceptional performance in the capacity ofInterim City Manager, Section 2.
