'I OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN

WHEREAS, Council has completed the interview process for candidates for boards and
I'
ii commissions and now desires to appoint members to serve on the various boards and commissions.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State of Ohio,
~ of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. David Larson is hereby reappointed to a three-year term on the Architectural Review
Board. This term will expire on March 31, 2005.
Section 2. Craig Yeack is hereby appointed to a three-year term on the Building Construction
Appeals Board. This term will expire on March 31, 2005,
Section 3. David Pagnard and Sugu Suguness are hereby reappointed to three-year terms on the
Community Services Advisory Commission. These terms will expire on March 31, 2005,
Section 4. Chris Curry is hereby appointed to a two-year term as the Council representative to the
Dublin Arts CounciL This term will expire on March 31, 2004.
Section 5. Kathryn Epp, Tim Haab and Daniel Livingston are hereby reappointed to three-year
terms on the Natural Resources Advisory Commission, These terms will expire on March 31, 2005,
Section 6. Dona Givens is hereby appointed to the unexpired term of Jeffrey Ferezan on the
Natural Resources Advisory Commission, a term which will expire on March 31, 2004.
Section 7. Keith Blosser and Pat Enright are hereby reappointed to three-year terms on the Parks
and Recreation Advisory Commission. These terms will expire on March 31, 2005.
Section 8. Marian Thomas is hereby appointed to a three-year term on the Parks and Recreation
Advisory Commission. This term will expire on March 31, 2005.
Section 9. Dean Knisley is hereby reappointed to a three-year term on the Personnel Board of
Review, This term will expire on March 31, 2005.
Section 10. Laura Colwell is hereby reappointed to a three-year term on the Records Commission.
This term will expire on March 31, 2005.
Section 11. The above-named persons shall serve until a successor is appointed or until death,
resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City CounciL
Section 12. The members herein appointed shall serve without compensation.
Section 13. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section 4,04(a) of the
Revised Charter.
