A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION AND THE BOARD OF
ZONING APPEALS OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
WHEREAS, Council has completed the candidate interview process for those who have
indicated an interest in serving on the Planning & Zoning Commission and the Board of
Zoning Appeals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State
of Ohio, +-- of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Richard C. Ritchie is hereby appointed to a four-year term on the Planning &
Zoning Commission, a term which expires on March 31, 2006.
Section 2. Ted K. Saneholtz is hereby appointed to a four-year term on the Planning
& Zoning Commission, a term which expires on March 31, 2006.
Section 3. Brent Davis is hereby reappointed to a three-year term on the Board of Zoning
Appeals, a term which expires on March 31, 2005.
Section 4. The above-named persons shall serve until a successor is appointed or until
death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City Council.
Section 5. The members of Planning & Zoning Commission herein appointed shall receive
compensation as established by City Council. The other commission members appointed
herein shall serve without compensation.
Section 6. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section 4.04(a) of
the Revised Charter.
